Pizza looks okay. Location smelled noticeably horrible, I’m hesitant to eat food from a place that smells so bad. Cleanliness issue? Cashier was nice, his tall coworker rudely shoved the pizza towards me and reprimanded his coworker about making change. Then he took the receipt off my pizza?

Order was delivered in a timely manner! They delivered us the wrong pizzas and we called to tell them. They made us the right pizzas and delivered them in a quick amount of time too! The delivery guy apologized. I was satisfied that they gave me the correct order in a timely manner as well. 🙂

I ordered on line shortly after 5pm for a 6:30 delivery. When it had not arrived I called about 6:50. The phone rang about a dozen times, then I got a recorded message with options. I tried the check on order three time, always getting back to original message, so I chose the order option. The girl who answered checked on my order, said it was still at the store waiting for a driver and that there was nothing more she could do about it. She had my phone number; she could have called to let us know it was late. When we finally got the pizzas, they were COLD.

I had ordered delivery and was then when I called to ask what the delay was I was told that it was carry out because of low staffing. I then sent an employee to pick up the pizza and he was told they did not see our order even though he had the receipt and I sent him a picture of the confirmation email. I then had to call the store and ask what the problem was and was told it was miscommunication. By the time we got our pizza it was two hours old, cold, and nasty looking. I had ordered the pizza for my employees at the COVID hotline and swab clinic as a reward for the long hours they were working and for volunteering to come in on a cold Sunday to work and it ended up not being a reward at all. Plus I paid $7 for a delivery tip and there was no delivery. I was very unhappy and would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the pizza and the delivery tip.

Ordered a pizza and wings, the pizza didn’t come until an hour later after I called them to see if everything was okay it got here and it was soggy and cold, and they forgot my wings. Wings came about an hour later also cold and soggy.
