Just an fyi, wings don’t come with ranch unless you pay extra( mind you, they’re already over priced). A large bread stick only comes with a small marinara. I get charging for extra sauce but who the hell doesn’t provide ranch with wings?

Called to order. Phone was answered as “pizza hit please hold”. On hold 5 12 minutes, then i was hung up on. Called 2nd time phone then got “pizza hut can you hold”. Advised yes, but I was on hold but already on hold 5 minutes and hung up on. She put me on hold and after 4 minutes i was hung up on a 2nd time.. Called 3rd time and was asked to hold. Advised I can’t hold because I keep getting hung up on. She put me on hold anyway. After few minutes I just gave up! Probably numerous orders placed ahead mine in those 15 and we didn’t have all night!

An actual sit-down dine in pizza hut! I didn’t think these were around anymore and I loved it. The pizza, pasta and bread sticks were on brand great and the staff was friendly and fast. Will go again!

Food is always delicious and hot. Delivery of order is not too long and get what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99. So maybe instead of looking at the subtotal, the actual total needs to be at least $10.99. Thanks for your services, thanks for your staff working. Keep up the great work to all staff!

You guys gave our order to another customer! We had to wait for your staff to remake the order, and your staff was entirely unapologetic about the inconvenience their mistake caused. No remediation was offered – I can’t believe we tipped 20% for such subpar service.
