Was disappointed to find the buffet does not exist anymore. The fountain drink machine is also not functioning, forcing the more expensive bottled option or a drink from somewhere else. The woman at the counter was quite rude initially, but I just kept being overly nice, and she finally gave me a real smile as she brought my well done personal pan to the table. On the fence about the location, seems like it’s glory days are behind it, and if someone doesn’t improve the customer service game, may not be in existence much longer.

I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. I think they rushed making my pizzas. I ordered 5 pizzas for my family yesterday because it was my nephews b-day. Recieved the order in about 15 mins which was super unusual. Got the order, opened the boxes only to notice that ALL the pizzas looked like they were made 4 days ago. They were all super dry and tasteless. My family kept asking why in the world would spend 60 dollar on tasteless cardboard. Super embarrassing for both myself and pizza hut.

They took my online order at 745pm for pick up and when i came to pick it up at 805pm they wouldnt give me my order or unlock the door. Wouldnt answer the phone even though delivery drivers were coming in and out.

I placed my order for delivery at 5:32 this evening and was told I would get my pizza in 40 mins, 5o mins passed and I call back and then I was told it would be right there, Then call again and was lied to by a supervisor lies and said they would take $5 off. I am still waiting for my food and it it just up the street. Pizza Hut is trash now

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food and never received it. Called the store and the female manager on duty was very rude. Accused us of lying. Then told us to call back tomorrow. Their delivery driver never delivered our food. Order tracker still states its on its way. They never even attempted to deliver. Will not order from this location again.

I found a piece of hair in my pizza and when i called the store, manager brenda was rude and said they were having technical difficulties and couldn’t help me. Which i understand but she didn’t even ask for my name or number to write down so she could give me a call back.

Ordered pizza here once. I used to be a manager at a pizza hut I am not impressed with the lack of toppings on my meat lovers. I really do know how much should be on everything. Please understand that I know its a pain to get all orders but I did order around a time you shouldn’t be getting tons of orders. I know there is a code of doing everything.
