Terrible customer service. Had a duplicate charge on my card. They were supposed to get with the manager then call me. No call, so I called them and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I explained they had my money and it was on them to get it correct. She begrudgingly said if I drove back to store she could refund it. When I got there, and while on the phone, no apology l, or I am so sorry let me fix this for you. Sorry you had to drive back up to store. Barely looked up at me.

Really a hit or miss. I’ve ordered here a dozen times, compared to other Huts it’s pretty meh. Half the time, their website isn’t working for this specific facility. Just tried to redeem points for an order and it didn’t work so now I have to call my order in, hopefully it’s right!

Stopped by to pickup an order for two pizzas and a salad and found they had not included one of the pizzas. Have ordered over the phone from this location numerous times and this was the first time they got the order wrong. The person at the window apologized for the mistake and without being asked gave us the pizza that was missing at no cost. Thanks to how it was handled, I will not remember the mistake but will remember how much my family enjoyed the pizza.
