The service is friendly and fast. I have a special pizza that I order and Burlington Pizza Hut always gets it right. I like BBQ chicken, minus onion, add jalapenos and pineapple. The Emporia Pizza Hut (which is closer to where I live) I am sorry to say, never get it right and will not make it right when they mess it up. Therefore I always pick up pizzas when I am traveling through Burlington.

This place was disgusting. We came in at 1:15pm and ask how much the buffet was. They have us the price and we agreed and started towards the buffet. They have some dry pizza up there but we though nothing of it because hey it a buffet so they would put out some new pizza. Well that wasn’t the case because when I asked the lady she said “oh the buffet was over at 1”. That’s something they could have told us before we paid. So we pretty much were forced to eat old pizza. Worst lunch ever and we have to pass through on the way back but will definitely make sure not to stop there.

I ordered on the app which was pretty simple and it told me the food would be ready in 13 minutes. I gave it a few extra minutes and everything was ready to go when I got there to pick it up. The food was packaged well and everything was hot. The melts were delicious, as always. I hope Pizza Hut puts these on the menu and leaves them on it!!!

Ordered pizza box with 2 med pizza, 1 breadstick, 1 pasta. pizza had soooo little toppings on it that they were like breadsticks but less tasty. The pie had almost 3 inches around the edge with no toppings in the corners and almost 2 on the edges. See picture.

The ONLY Pizza Hut I have been to that is always clean!! Even the salt and pepper shakers are clean! The cheese and pepper shakers are clean! I even took pictures of how clean the place was because I’ve never seen ANY restaurant as nice. Staff and week day waitress has always been super friendly. This particular Pizza Hut in Burlington KS is by far a place we will return to.

I used to work here and didn’t like it so I quit because Cheryl the manager was very rude and she never really liked me but hired me. With that being said I went through the drive thru and she was manning the register there and I heard her say to a co-worker ” I don’t like him will you check him out?” Not happy. You serve a customer regardless of the past, race beliefs etc. Going to corporate with this too.

You have to pay for a cheap packet of cheese and peppers that are free everywhere else. The staff was nice and the pizza was alright but the current owners of Pizza Hut have trimmed everything down to save $$ tht the pizza is just so so
