Our first waitress was at the front then when she brought us to our table and gave us our drinks we said we needed a few minutes to order and it has been almost 20 minutes before another different waitress came to our table and finally took our order, she was very nice, but 20 minutes is not a few, also unrelated some lady is trying so badly to force her child to eat a slice of cheese pizza its just annoying did not effect the rating though not their fault, we still have not received out food

Idk who to talk to or how to get ahold of the right person, but we spent 50$ and the whole order was trash and messed up no sauce on one of our pizzas, we live like 30 min from Winfield so I was not driving back for them to “fix” it the person I talked to gave me no help didn’t even give me the option to drive back. Absolutely will not be back. It’s trash
