EVERYTHING was undercooked! I normally like this location which is why I gave 2 stars. But the pizza crust was literally doughy… Pretty sure that can cause salmonella… If I wanted to bake it at home I would’ve ordered Papa Murphy’s. The pizza usually tastes pretty good, but their workers are pretty rude, and they never answer the phone. Today I ordered from the app and it said there was a network error. I called to make sure my order went through properly. They didn’t answer. I checked the app and the price doubled, like I was doubling my order. I called them again, still never answered. I checked the app again and it looked like the order doubled again. The email told me what time the pizza would be ready, but the app never showed an order was placed. I drove over there, and the guy said my pizza wasn’t even in the oven, and his current wait time for carryout was 30 minutes. That’s 30 min past the time the email said it would be ready. When I asked him about the email, he said “well its not ready.” I asked him if he had a time I should come back, and he said “nope!” If someone answered the phone, it could have saved both of us some time.

Today I called this Hut to order a pizza melt. I love the supreme pizzas and when I ordered my melt I asked if they could make a melt like a supreme melt. They did and it was so delicious. It was perfect! The same toppings in it as a supreme pizza in the wonderful melt crunch crust. I will definitely order these more. The young man taking my order was so kind and happy to figure it out with me. A very top notch experience!!

This store keeps failing to put sauce, and I mean there is literally zero sauce, on my pizzas. Slow delivery, several times 45+ minutes late. I’m ordering Ziggys from now on. They at least remember all of the basic parts of a pizza.
