My order went out for delivery but then was never received. When talking to pizza hut about it they refused a refund or to remake the order. I had to call corporate and bow have to wait to here back in a few days. Spent money to receive nothing and then when I talked to pizza hut about it the store they were very rude about it.

I placed an online order for my office at 9:18am with a delivery set for 11am. I missed a call from the store at 10am. I tried to call them back multiple times with no success and my longest hold time was 30+ minutes and ended when I walked into the store at 11:40am. The employees told me they had a screen full of orders they hadn’t made, including mine. I asked for a refund and they said the only person who could help me was out back crying and refusing to come in and help. I asked for a manager or corporate number and they said they didn’t know, it must be on a piece of paper here somewhere, but only the girl out back knew for sure. After 15 mins, the girl out back came in. They said they did a refund but I won’t be able to verify for a few days and they gave me the corporate number which recommended a website. When I finally got through to a line it said the line wasn’t open until 1pm. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Most definitely won’t be returning for a repeat and they have lost the business of my office as well.

This medium 3 topping thin crust was so crispy it almost broke my tooth out literally had almost no topping on it whatsoever like a giant cracker this and a 2 l Pepsi was $24 completely ridiculous and not worth it I will never order Pizza Hut again it is so overpriced not even that good
