Most horrible Pizza Hut and staff ever. I placed a order and said it would be ready, I showed up to the window and the girl working there stood there looking at me for 10 minutes on the phone and then the guy thats heavy built with gray short hair made absolutely rude remarkable comments. Seems like all staff need better customer service training. Every other Pizza Hut I’ve eaten at did a wonderful job and you come to this one and it’s a whole mess.

I stopped in for the buffet around 12:15pm so a bit at the end of buffet time but still expecting great service. It was not great, first, the food was greasy and the bar was not full. We didn’t get our drinks till after we were sitting there and eating for a while, then they forgot our salad. We would have been okay with most of this but then upon correction of the salad and such we had to wait for more food to come to the bar while others around us were frustrated and hungry too. I could go on but I will stop and end by saying that this location needs some help managing their skills and time.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE THE WORST PIZZA HUT. I would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been trying to order for a week but they were out of the dinner box. I decided to make an early order, well I got my order and as you can see it’s way below quality standards. I’ve called the store over 10 times with no answer. It just hangs up on me. I gotta say this place is the slowest pizza place in town hands down. And I go to a lot of pizza places being a door dasher here in the Wichita area. I waited 20 minutes for an order that took me at least 15 to arrive to. I would think that’s more than enough time to get 1 pizza and 2 wing orders done. The line was long inside, the line was long outside and when I got to the window, I had to go back around because it still wasn’t ready. I told them frankly that they needed to get their stuff together. Not pleased

Going to the drive thru is supposed to be contactless, yet I’m required to sign using their pen (didn’t bring my own because it’s supposed to be contactless). When I pay extra for delivery I don’t sign because I paid in the app, just like I did this time
