Most of the time when we have had pickups the foods good, but any time delivery it’s takes way longer than needed. I was told at 6:45 my food was on the way, I live just inside of Kechi so maybe a 5 min drive. It is currently 7:20 and I have still not received my pizza. I called the store they said that they had one other place to go in Park City, I looked at the maps for that street, it is 6 min from me. It should not be taking this long.

I ordered a New Yorker and a large thin. Both were identical in size with the exception the N.Y pizza had a thicker crust at the top back. The lady I talked to was very very rude when I called back. Both pizzas were the same thinness the lady I talked to basically called me a liar. She said she made both pizzas, I was told hand tossed is thicker crust. And one slice of the N.Y. had parmesan cheese sprinkled on it, at least I think that was it. We threw that slice away to scared to eat it. I took pictures. This was in Park City ks.

Online says dine in stops at 10pm I even called before going in to make sure and was told they close at 10 so me and my two sisters went in about 930 and clayton was soooooo rude gave me a dirty look since i arrived i asked if there was a problem if we needed to leave he said no buy continued to shake his head as if he was bothered we arrived and then says what fo you guys want my first and last time dinning at this pizza hut

So it took 50 mins on a monday. Only one driver was told…we ordered a meal with breadsticks for the BREADSTICKS! They came like this…not even a little seasoning added. Just some bread lol and the pizza was below average…

Every time I order from here I get burnt pizzas. I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time thinking it was a chain problem. Then I ate a pizza from their Webb location and it was perfect! So I tried Pizza Hut in Park City again. Burnt again. I turned in a complaint online for them to say Park City Pizza Hut will call me in 3 days it’s been 5 days.

Should have 0 stars. Pizza was cut so badly that I had to cut every slice out with a knife, it may as well have not been cut. Also, the boneless wings were supposed to have sauce, but it looked as though they were dropped in a light film of it and immediately removed. Basically chicken nuggets with a hint of flavor. I also ordered 2 sauces, but only received the one that was supposed to come with, didn’t get the other 2. The only person I’m happy with is the delivery driver, he was prompt and courteous. First time I’ve ordered from here in ages, and now I remember why.
