20 dollars for 1 large supreme should get you a loaded pizza, and someone to acknowledge your presents when you walk into an empty Pizza Hut. In Caney you get a meh pizza, and waved over to the other counter.

I placed an order online. My total was $36.12 when submitting my payment it took $43.34 off of my card. When I went to pick up my order the manager there would not make it right. I was over charged $7.22. I feel like the manager should have corrected this wrong charge back to my card. I showed her where it took the $43.34 instead of the correct total of $36.12.

We got there at 8:30 on 9/29. They close at 9 so I understand that they would be slightly annoyed. But they are still on the clock. They were too lazy to get us out a gluten free menu so I had to do research myself, they then asked me 3 times what wing sauce I asked for, and then proceeded to tell the cook the wrong sauce so I had to correct her again, which wouldn’t have been a big deal except the other one wasn’t gluten free so that could have made me sick! Then as we were leaving we asked if they had ranch and she proceeded to say that they did but it was put away and she didn’t want to get it! They also didn’t give us silverware or napkins … worst service ever… THATS LITERALLY YOUR JOB!

My family and I have dined in a couple of times now and we plan to start doing so more at least once a week. Great service, awesome Pizza, pasta and salad buffet. The salad bar is fresh and clean. Great place to go!!!
