Ended up paying over $22 for 2 sodas and a small salad because they were busy and had no fresh pizza, just some old bread sticks on the buffet. So disappointed by this excuse to overcharge us won’t be back.

Let me just say this place is very run down with hardly any people inside, the pizza is pizza there is nothing to amazing about it. One of the servers made a snarky comment about an old person discount towards my dad, which he did not appreciate. The server was the main reason I took stars off due to rudeness and lack of help.

We come in this town twice a year and this Pizza Hut always delivers great tasting Pizza and Wings. I’ve had bad Wings before from other Huts but this one always taste good everytime my family and I are in town. Keep it up.

We are so pleased that new management came to our pizza hut and was able to clean up the old and outdated food that was being served to customers and has made everything so fresh and perfect now. This store needs a strong support team to keep it alive with the great changes that have taken place. In the past the staff was rude, food was rotten and out of date. This store has taken a complete 180 for the better.

The guy that helped us had no idea what was going on, the menus were terrible photo copies, there were people just hanging around the back, and we were the only ones in the place. At one point a lady was sitting on the sidewalk having a smoke. In the end the food came and was fine, but what a mess.

Getting the order correct would help. And when i call back about my incorrect order, dont just tell me you have a new person and he made a mistake. Offer to replace what was forgotten on the order, or at the very least apologize and do anything to show you care. Also, the male workers need to learn customer service. They accused my son of not having an order, then when it was found, the box was shoved across the counter at him and he had to grab for it. So rude

This is the 2nd time something went wrong with our order and we had to wait for the pizza. They did give me a $20 credit to use on my next order but I doubt there will be a next order. This pizza tasted terrible and since they were trying to hurry, it was doughy in the center. the only good thing about this order was the breadsticks!

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and asked for mushrooms on half. I was charged for the extra topping but there was hardly any mushrooms at all. I felt I should have had a full amount of the extra topping applied to the half. Everything else in my order was ok
