Ordered almost $70 worth of items for a large family meal via the app. When I looked at the online receipt, it stated no breadsticks on one of the orders, even though it was supposed to come with it. No big deal, I figured I could call the store and resolve it. Unfortunately I was told that they have no control over the app and there was nothing they could do. So I requested to cancel the order. I guess my biggest thing is that it would have been more worth it to just comp the 5 breadsticks that came with the pasta. The store just lost $70 over a probably $3 or less item. I would consider not allowing the app usage as a business owner if it was going to continually cost me money. Just a thought for the future.

We have seldom experienced problems with our orders from Clay Center Pizza Hut and usually have a good experience. However, this time our pizzas were disappointing. The pizzas were missing sauce with the exception of one or two bites and the toppings were scarce. The supreme was missing vegetables.

I placed my order online. When I read the confirmation email I realized I had not ordered the pizza correctly. I had ordered the same sauce on each of my two pizzas. I meant to order one garlic parmesan and one regular red sauce. I called the local pizza hut and they were able to correct my order and when it was picked up it was exactly what I wanted. The pizza was delicious.

Dropped in about 1205 for the lunch buffet ,quite a few people here but didn’t have to wait for a table.salad bar was nice and very well stocked but the pizza bar was nearly empty the whole time we were there. People waiting for pizza to be put out but it just never came, the pizzas that were put up were weird and not very appealing to most there, here for 45 min and never was dessert put out or bread sticks . We just finally left feeling hungry and disappointed.
