Didnt recieve my whole order I called the store to see if they could send the missing items. The night manager told me I was lying that she knows I got all my food and that there was nothing she could do for me. I have never been spoke to how that manager spoke to me before!!! So disappointed with how I was treated!! Definitely with think twice before ordering from that store again!!

Associates always have a lousy attitude. When you use the drive thru. You have to push a call button to “wake them up.” Food sucks it’s either very dry (overcooked) or soggy, (undercooked). If you are paying $15 or more. The food should be better. I’m tired of these eateries with employees that don’t care.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We ordered 2 medium pizza’s ahead of time at 6pm because we were out of town. We asked the pizza’s be delivered at 8pm. The guy delivered them at 7pm when we were still on our way home. Understandable, things happen. We all make mistakes… He said it would be remade and delivered by 8pm, no charge. Well come 8:40, no pizzas… we called up there, seemed like no one knew what we were talking about with the order. They said “We can remake them and have them delivered in 30 minutes.” We asked for a refund and she put us on hold to ask! At that point, we decided to just cancel the order and go get something somewhere else. Awful, awful service. I have never been so disappointed in Pizza Hut. Guess we’ll be taking our business to Papa Johns from now on! 0 out of 5 stars.

1 star. This pizza hut is terrible with worthless employees. We ordered online but also called to make sure they had meaty marinara pasta. The guy on the phone said “yes” they still have them. When our order arrived, instead of meaty marinara pasta, it was chicken Alfredo. We called back and they said they didn’t have meaty marinara pasta anymore and refused to give us a refund for the pasta we never got. Instead they gave us store credit. We hardly ever get pizza hut. This is ridiculous. I called pizza but corporate but only got robots, speak to a representative. Nope. Only robots. Then the call just ended. Never ordering pizza hut again. Lost my business.
