Food is gross and i order pizza online it was 1 hour or longer and still no pizza so i called them twice no answer so i called a 3rd time and finally got someone and asked where it was and was told that there pizza driver was sliding all over and she wasnt putting here driver in danger so they were dilivering it but said she called and left a voice mail she lied

In the last 4 years I have not received a decent pizza from this place. Out of all the pizza huts I’ve eaten at this is the worst. In fact the last pizza was so bad I threw it away and ate a can of soup instead.

Pizza hut Philipsburg has the worst service EVER. Walked in and stood by the counter. A young man got of the phone, looked me in the eyes and walked back into the kitchen without even greeting or acknowledging my presence. I assumed he went to call someone to assist me. The manager came from the back (I think she was the manager as that was the only female present) looked at me and proceeded to talk to her cook. They kept talking and after about 5 minutes I turned around and left, still without anyone acknowledging my existence.

One of the best pizza huts I’ve been too. This last visit the staff was a little confused, but the manager got everything straightened out, she is always super nice! When we were there the day before Christmas, she was super kind and made sure we were well taken care of even tho they were super busy with deliveries and pickup orders.
