They delivered three pizzas super late after an hour and 35 minutes from the time we placed it. Told us it would take no more than 40 minutes. Well we understand sometimes stuff like that happens. But when we open the boxes OMG how in the world can this happen, literally we received burned pizzas not well cooked BURNED. We called the store and they obviously put us on hold for 10 minutes. Drove to the pizza location and requested to speak to a manager, the two Hispanics kids were literally laughing and pointed to what it seemed the person in charge. I requested my money back and the free pizzas for the inconvenience and the trouble for the wait and for the drive to their location. He didn’t want us at first give us ur money back, when I told him that I would contact corporate he agreed to just give us our money back.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, and I’m surprised their pizza still tastes great (in my opinion at least). I ordered the All Meat Thin Crust pizza and it was hot when it arrived. Tasted very good.

I’ve ordered from this store several times since it’s the closest one to my house. Twice I”ve ordered and never had anything show up, I’ve called the store and had nobody answer (waited 40 minutes on hold once) I was promised “store credit” but never received it. My most recent order was delivered without any sort of notification from the delivery driver at all, no text or update through their delivery status tool. I eventually went to look and see if it had been already delivered and it had been but the pizza was cold from sitting there. Not sure if I’ll order pizza hut again, if i do it’ll be at a different location

We ordered a stuffed crust 1/2 cheese pizza and 1/2 add chicken with reg sauce. The pizza was so overcooked that the cheese was actually a dark brown. Very dry as the sauce was barely there, and to top it off the pizza was not cut all the way through. I will not be ordering from this location again. We went out for burgers instead!

Tried calling in an order girl answered the phone rattled something off quick that I couldn’t really understand, then put me on hold. Sat on hold for a few minutes, then tried calling back several times. Calls were either rejected, picked up, and hung up instantly. Not aure what their issue is, but never dealt with something like this.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they messed up my order. But this pizza is bomb and the breadsticks perfect but I order cheese sticks. I love Pizza Hut way more than dominoes. Do get dominoes here it is nasty gave me diarrhea

It is kind of absurd how much they cut back the toppings on pizzas nowadays, in addition to that the delivery driver whenever I ask for change complained about not getting a tip and then whenever I told him that I wanted my change. The total was $28 and I gave him 2 20s and asked for my change. He hesitated and gave me 3 bucks back.

The food I received was raw I had to recook it myself one of the dishes was not packaged right was not covered like it should have been which made the noodles so hard you couldn’t even eat them we used to have Pizza Hut at least once or twice a week until about a year ago when the quality got so bad that we just quit eating it we decided to give him another try last night and found that ain’t nothing changed might have even been a little worse there will not be a third time
