Can’t give 0 stars. Will never order from this location. Delivery driver was not friendly. Pizza boxes were bent. The gal who delivered our food, held the wings and fries upside down. The fries were not worth a penny. Will definitely go back to other location.

You may want to find another pizza place to order from if staying in South Lincoln NE. I ordered a pizza from this place and was staying in a hotel directly across the street. About 50 minutes later, delivery driver showed up with a cold pizza. Not sure why I ordered from Pizza Hut anyway since they have been going downhill for the last couple of years. I then took the pizza back to the restaurant where the employee refunded a partial payment. They wouldn’t refund the tip to the driver.

Ordered food from this store because of weather and it said open so i ordered food spent 42 bucks and waited an hour and a half when it said 30 minute wait time figured something was up so i called and got so answer so i called customer support and all i got was an apology and told just wait 3-5 business days for your money back. Wish I could post zero stars. Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours before calling national customer service because the store had closed by this point. Look at my bank account, they had refunded my money but didn’t even bother to tell us they cancelled our order. I should have read the reviews before going through this myself.

Impossible to reach an actual person at the store. Ordered for delivery and once ordered it quote 3 hours to delivery. I live less than a 1/4 mile away. I wanted to cancel but nobody answers at all. The worst experience I have ever had. Will NEVER order from pizza hut again. Update: I got a text saying my pizza was out for delivery. Keep in mind I live across the street. (Bad foot can’t walk. Had to order). Still waiting…still will not answer phone at location. Rings 5 times then hangs up on you . HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered a pizza online for pickup at 4 pm. My daughter went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying all orders after 4 pm canceled. They gave us our money back but they didn’t notify us at all. Very rude. I also heard early on in the Covid pandemic the owner forbid the employees from wearing a mask.
