We work at Great Dane so we always pre-order to ensure it’s here on time for lunch breaks. Has NEVER been on time! When you call you spend 20 minutes on hold and they just won’t answer! Gone hungry more than once because of them.

Was really nice eating at a traditional sit down Pizza Hut that wasn’t the new cookie cut BS. Food was made very well and the employees were nice. Really should of stayed with this model.

The waiter is always nice, but since John left things have gotten worse. My husband and I go there for their “express lunch” which now takes almost an hour to get your food. We ordered wings and fries and it took 45 minutes. I had 5 minutes to eat because I needed to go back to work. When John was manager we would get our food at max in 20 mins. If you have time to wait an hour for your food I’m sure it’s not an issue. This has happened every time we go there.

We stopped in October 1st while going through town. It was rough. Food came out not fully cooked. Pzones still cold in the middle. Took over an hour just to get food. We dined in. They’ve claimed several times they’d upload pizza hut cash to the rewards to make up for it and it’s never once happened.

Over the course of two years the restaurant has gotten drastically better. I used to get ill occasionally after dining at this restaurant, but as of this last year I have had no problems. Delivery drivers are consistently nice, and the people on the phone are very helpful. Bravo Pizza Hut.

Cheap, good food. If you’re eating with someone they have a great 2 for $15 menu that comes with your choice of appetizers and 2 entrees. Hard to beat that. I wish they’d bring the buffet back.
