The food was alright but had almost no toppings. Drove 9 hours through a snowstorm and ordered once I got to the hotel. You can’t call to order, it just repeats their hours, so you have to order online. After finally getting that to work, it said it would be delivered in 65 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting I drove down to see what’s up and they couldn’t find the order. 2.5 hours after ordering, we finally got our food. Should have gone to Sonic for a burger.

The Holdrege, NE Pizza Hut has absolutely horrible customer service. (I had to click one star, otherwise I wouldn’t have.) Our family was there three times last night just to get our order, and it still wasn’t correct. The delivery driver was cussing at us, screaming, and calling us names because we had a horse trailer when we were clearly not in anyone’s way, only stopped long enough to grab our carryout order, and left the driver in the pickup just in case it needed to be moved. The guy working the register was very rude and had no idea what our order was or when it would be ready so he just huffed around and spun in circles. He even stated to me that, and I quote, “Ordering a pizza right now would NOT be a very smart idea.”

When the app said the pizza was ready I went to the location and was told it would be at least another 30 to 40 minute. The location had a sign saying that they were serving in the dining room and when they group sat down to eat was told dinning room was closed. After receiving my food I had ordered a pizza lovers and only had about 3 to 4 pepperoni’s per slice and was also overcooked.

Food is great and tastes great. BUT good luck with ordering because the hours stated online, and on the phone message when you call are not accurate. They are barely ever open despite their hours being listed as open. It would be a much better review if they could get that fixed.

Walked in to an employee sitting on her phone. She handed us menus and disappeared to the back and 20 minutes later still had not returned. The phone rang off the hook and still the 2 employees just talked in the back room. Very disappointing also it smells like old grease and nothing like baked pizza…
