Ugh I’m so tired of Ainsworth Pizza Hut being a joke. A few years ago it was always good food with great, reliable service. I just think well, I’ll try one more time – how bad can it be? Well this might finally be the last time. I went to pick up my carry out and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. There was no one else waiting and there were 2 guys making pizzas. Both looked at me several times but didn’t say anything so I assumed someone else was supposed to be helping me, but they were busy or something. But no, eventually one of the guys came to get me my order. How about a “we’ll be right with you”, or “wait a moment please”? Nothing.

Ordered two large pizzas tonight, get them and they were a little burnt, have little to no sauce and cheese. And the dough tasted old. I won’t be ordering pizza there again.! Thanks

I ordered a large pizza that was quite small to be considered a large, that I paid nearly $30 for. Smallest large pizza I’ve ever seen, smaller than most mediums. I’ll never be a Pizza Hut customer again. What a ripoff.

Never seen it before but there was a woman outside in a pizza costume blaring rock music and selling curbside pizza. Definitely a idea. Inside staff was warm and accommodating to a person from out of state just passing through.

This Pizza Hut is the WORST. Not only did they charge my card $45 THREE times they told me they couldn’t make my pizza. No refund. Told me they would call me back AFTER the manager Kendra REFUSED my call and laid the phone on the counter for 29 minutes. At least I got to hear them talking about me and laughing having a great time while I waited. Management is AWFUL and RUDE she needs some training at the very least. Make it make sense.

I can’t ever seem to order and get what I ordered. Delivery is rarely available, the buffet no longer exists, you can’t dine in except at random designated times and the food itself has started to pale in comparison to frozen pizza. They do always fix the mistakes, but it’s just something else I have to do. Go to the store, talk to the manager, figure it out. This last one was probably the last straw. We used to order pizza about once every two weeks, now it’s only in moments of sheer exhaustion or desperation that we decide it’s worth flavor roulette.

Placed an order online only to find out that the place is closed. The hours online do not match the hours pizza hut is actually open. The app also wasn’t updated to say they were closed until the order was place and we drove to pick it up. Please fix the hours and put a notice or something if you cannot be open due to short staff or some reason. Very annoying.
