Natasha the manager was so helpful and super nice. I ordered the wrong kind of BBQ pizza, and she made it right immediately! Super friendly and apologetic. Pizza hut is very lucky to have this lady working there! We’ll be back for sure!! Pizza and wings were AMAZING!

This place has seen some rough years as of late. Used to be better maintained and run. But they still get the job done when it comes to pizza. Pizza is a pretty greasy but good on flavor, sauce and crust. Breadsticks are still top notch but the dipping sauce is less thick than it used to be. Also there is an extra room for larger parties or events. Service is okay and food is made fast. Location is great and parking is limited.

The waitress was nice and fresh to work force. Very nice, but. . . . We where only table inside for the first 30 minutes and ordered two pizzas at the cost of 13.99 each. We ordered one with green peppers and black olives and the other pepperoni. We received green peppers and onions and the pepperoni was just cheese. She apologized and said there would be a discount. At this point it had been an hour and twenty minutes and my 3 kids and wife where as hungry as I was. We ate what we had and where pleasant. When I went to pay she said she took 6 dollars off. I was like okay that’s cool. But then I noticed she charged 13.99 for one and 16.99 for the other. I said whats up, she said it was the toppings, I referenced they where not right. She said she would get fired if she lowered it any more. Kinda over all sucked for kiddos. They waited forever for the olive and grn pepper pza and don’t like onions. We won’t be back.

My husband ordered two pizzas delivered, one was missing cheese, we called and had to go back to the store to get a new one. Our new pizza was ready for us. When the manager looked at the messed up pizza, he didn’t day a thing. When we got the new pizza, as he was turning around and walking away, gave what felt like a fake apology. It did not seem sincere. When we got back to eat it, there was another topping missing.

Will never come to this store again . The lady was so rude to me. Said because I took 10 seconds to tell her the name on the order that she did not have time to serve me. The staff really tries, but they are not properly trained. Long waits for drinks and cleared tables despite not terribly busy. The lunch buffet is pretty sad. Again, lack of training and management. The pizza is good when it finally gets there. Old pizza shouldn’t be left on the buffet.

They’ve gotten better about having my order ready when it says it will be ready, for a long time it was 15-30 minutes past the pickup time and I’d be waiting, food is starting to get better as well, I think it’s had new manager and hope it continues to improve.
