Never again will I order from this establishment. Food was hard, and it looks as if they mixed old pizza toppings in the pasta. Found black olives and banana peppers in the ALFREDO sauce. The pizza looked burnt and old toppings were used. Plus they took the delivery fee and tip to a three party and didn’t fulfill the whole order. Called numerous of times to this location. They just pick up and hang up.

I ordered Pizza Hut delivered last night. I didn’t get everything I had ordered & paid for. I tried calling the local store many times & nobody would answer my calls. I finally reached a call center somewhere & the employee there said I would have to call the corporate office – which has an automated message saying I would have to send a message on line. Basically, Pizza Hut completely dropped the ball & it appeared that nobody there cared or was willing to make their mistake right. Have been a loyal, long-time Pizza Hut customer. I will NEVER order anything from Pizza Hut again. Terrible customer service all the way around!

This location and Tchoupitoulas are by far horrible. If you want dry pizza because it’s been in the oven too long visit those locations. My kids LOVEEE pizza from Pizza Hut, and literally every time I order from this location and tchoupitoulas they RARELY EAT IT. I even notice it doesn’t taste as good as the Vets location! It’s sad that I have to drive way to Metairie to get perfect baked cheesy pizza. I say all that to say, if you want pizza that’s baked to perfection, that when you bite into your pizza you can see the cheese coming from it – visit the location on Veterans.

The manager had a nasty attitude . Claim she couldnt take my pizza hit book it coupons even though ive went to the same location and used them before. Just real unproffessional couldnt even come talk to me face to face sent one of her employees just to tell me she said we are not taking them . Ha ok

I ordered my pizza online and the Pizza Hut is only 5 minutes away. When I picked it up it seemed warm but not very. When I got home and opened the box the pizza was uncooked. Only the crust was a bit brown and the middle was mushy and uncooked. I just threw it out.

Driver refused to deliver to the hospital even after the phone operator said he would I offered to even pay more but he said no he wasn’t doing it. everytime i go to this Pizza Hut this one lady gives a problem every time . A short dark skinned women , has a attitude everytime , doesn’t speak when you walk through the door and talk to you like like your nothing , doesn’t apologize when she gets the order wrong. Bad customer service . Will never go back .

This place will call you after placing an order that an item is unavailable. I asked to substitute, and they said they would. After waiting for 30 min. They refunded my order and did not notify me about it. Worse customer service and communication. They will act like they can’t hear you on the phone and hang up on you. So disrespectful.
