I ordered online delivery through the website and for some reason it was delivered by DoorDash. The pizza literally looks like it went through a tornado. DoorDash can’t do anything because I didn’t place the order with them. And after 40 minutes waiting to get someone on the line, I was hung up on.

My order was so dissatisfied because I requested extra meat they had only 12 pieces of chicken and the extra was the onions and bell peppers. I know students need a job but do the work so the customer can keep coming back .

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ORDERED 2 PIZZA AND WINGS AT 3:52 pm ON A FRIDAY PIZZA WAS READY 15 minLATER PER APP. I GET THERE AT 4:10 PIZZA IS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL 15 MIN. CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER GIRL ON THE PHONE SAYS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT THE MANAGER NAME OR THE DISTRICT MANAGER INFORMATION. NEXT THING I KNOW, I HEAR SOMEONE IN THE BACKGROUND SAY OH WE CAN GIVE THAT INFORMATION OUT. No BOO TOO LATE THERES ALWAYS A CORPORATE NUMBER.

By far the worst Pizza Hut ever! I only order here when forced to, like right now because I don’t have a car and it’s Mardi Gras so our usual spot wont be able to deliver. Literally every time I order from them, the wait is way longer than it should, my order is either always wrong or missing something, & when you call the store you will either be yelled at or spoken to as if you are a child. I find it hard to believe there is any management. Seems to be run by the workers to me.

My 1st time going to this location on crowder and I must say the food was fixed correctly and it was good and hot. As I worked for pizza hut myself for a couple years and they definitely made sure the food was the way I would have if it was for someone else. You never know who’s watching.

Pizza good. Customer service poor. Cashier told me 5 to 6 minutes but it took 25 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes while my pizza was in the warmer. People came in after me and got their pizza out of the warmer before me. I want to do business in my community but this Pizza Hut needs to teache them simple manners or get a new crew to work the counter.
