It’s partially my fault from ordering from this place so often, but I truly didn’t think adults would have an issue understanding what “extra marinara” meant. This is the 7th time I ordered extra and this is the 7th time I received little sauce.

I don’t know what has happened to this place!! The pizza has gone from a 10 to a 0 in my book. They claim to have new dough which they need to go back to the old dough!! The pan pizza is not the same and they changed their onions!! Why fix something that is not broken! I went to the Denham springs pizza hut and it was so good!! Can’t say the same here!! They need to serve Pizza Hut pizza the way it has been and quit trying to improve something that has worked since it has been in existence!!!

I did NOT order extra sauce. Barely any cheese /pepperoni on my pizza. Due to Hurricaine Ida my power is still off. Now i have to go back to work & come back home to sandwiches …THANK YOU @PIZZA HUT

I ordered 3 pizzas and a cookie pie. At 3:13 I received a call from the delivery driver to confirm my order. I waited over 2 hours and did not receive my order. I called the store for them to tell me the driver could not reach me. My debit card was charged twice for the same order I never received, which was over $50. I went to the store and spoke with Chris and he told me next time leave a number that I can be reached on. After showing him my call log of not receiving a call from him or the driver after confirming my address he said he was to busy to deal with me. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from here again

I have recieved the wrong order twice in one night. The manager told me I would receive a $10 credit for my order since it was wrong twice. Then 2 weeks later when placing another order, I did not receive a credit, so I called. I was told I would receive a $20 credit since I was not given my first credit and to wait 10 minutes for it to post to my account. Well that again did not happen so I just paid for a pizza and mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. I did not get marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks (which comes with the order no extra instructions included) and my pizza arrived like it was thrown in the box piece by piece mix matched. Honestly garbage results. No where near pleased.
