This last order took over 50 minutes to arrive at My house, that is only two Minutes away from the store once the pizza finally got here it was so soaked In Grease I’ve never seen anything like it before. I was forced to use a paper towel to soak up the grease just to make it edible for my three year old son. I’m SO disappointed that I have to spend my hard earned money on such low quality food. The WORST part of it all was when I contacted the store advising them about the arrival of my pizza and the quality of it, i was hung up on, not once but TWICE. So unacceptable. I’m honestly thinking about never ordering from another pizzahut again. Also look, I understand what pizza is, I know it’s not the healthiest meal I know it’s greasy no matter what, but it’s what my son wanted so he received. The pizza was literally dripping as if it were pourn on top of it.. Also I know things gets backed up and busy so the time is negotiable but to be hungup on and disrespected is what really did it for me. When I was expilaing everything to the employee he laughed at what u had to say and used profanity on the phone that my son heard. I expect better.

These amazing ppl. No matter the time of day, how busy they are, how hectic my children are lol…Pizza Hut in Pearl river has my back. I know it sounds weird. But. I have 3 kids and a full time job. I’m ordering from here AT LEAST once a week. They know the kids, so I can send the kids out to interact w em. Let’s them have some independence and it’s a solid learning technique without the fear of my kids being snatched. The food is always top notch. I could write a book here about how grateful I am to these ppl. It’s more than a Pizza Hut to my family. Corporate needs to give everyone in this building a raise. They go above and beyond for us…every time.

Great experience! The delivery driver was very polite, the app was easy to use & I used my rewards I saved to get a free pizza plus I bought another pizza & cheese sticks. I was having a bad day thinking about when I had my defibrillator put in about 3yrs ago & having this pizza definitely made my day way better. Really wish there was another pizza place besides this one. Can’t tell you how many times they are out of something or the fryer is down. How do you run out of marinara? Also they will be closed randomly in the middle of the day. Guess the staff is just that bad. Good ole Pearl River.
