Ordered a personal pan pizza for dinner with no sauce. I received a pizza with no sauce and no cheese. I checked the receipt and my order was correct when I placed it. I’m sure it was just an honest mistake. They have been great in the past and I intend to give them a few more chances before I stop going there.

My pizza was fine, but maybe it was “bring your kid to work day” when i went inside. Just wasnt very professional with little kids behind the counter where food is prepared. Customer service could use some revamping in the training.

I ordered pizza and breadsticks via the Pizza Hut app. I received a text that the store would be having Door Dash deliver my order. I received a notification that my order was delivered to my home, but it never was. I paid and never got my food! The Door Dash driver stole my food!

I usually go close to opening, but never too late in the day. I ordered a LG pan, half beef half cheese with extra cheese pizza. The crust was done, as a number of Hut’s I’ve been to undercook the crust when you ask for extra cheese. The pizza had a good flavor and wasn’t bland. One of the best pizza hut’s I’ve tasted for making pan pizzas.
