Dear pizza hut… I finally tried your pizza melt which was AMAZING! Since it was wing Wednesday decided to get the boneless wings Buffalo Hot… Dk what. Was hot about them when there was barely any sauce… This is one of the many reasons I stopped going! Regular pizzas wasn’t right and the Buffalo never have enough sauce! Do better… but keep the pizza melts

The customer service was great. Very nice, helpful and professional. And the pizza was delicious! I haven’t eaten a pizza from Pizza Hut in a while. I’ve had the melt, but not a regular pizza due to experiences at other locations that I wasn’t satisfied with. This purchase and service made me want to come back.

Great Pizza, boneless wings were good(a little small but worth it), and Alfredo chicken pasta was great. It was hot, fresh, correct amount of toppings, correct toppings, and order was correct at the South Lewis St Pizza Hut in New Iberia. Thanks, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

My local Pizza Hut has been hit or miss for a few years now, mostly due to a lack of workers, especially delivery drivers so I have been reluctant to order from there. Last night we wanted Pizza Hut and I really didn’t feel like getting out to pick it up, so I figured I’d try delivery again and see what happens. Well, I’m glad I did! When I ordered the time for delivery was given as 45 to 55 minutes, which I could live with so we ordered. We got a medium pepperoni, hand tossed pizza, a personal pan pizza with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and meatballs, boneless sweet Thai wings and regular sweet Thai wings plus tried out a chicken Alfredo pasta for the first time. To my surprise I got a text after only about 30 minutes saying my order was out for delivery and within 10 minutes or so it was delivered! I was extremely happy with the deliver time as in the past it had taken 60 to 90+ minutes to get delivery from our local Pizza Hut which is only about 3 miles from our home. The pizza arrived and the order was perfect, no forgotten items, which also had been an ongoing problem. The food was hot, the wings well sauced without being drowned in sauce, the pizzas had plenty of toppings and cheese plus we’re properly cooked and the pasta contained plenty of meat, cheese and perfectly cooked noodles! The delivery driver took care to remove my 5 containers from the bag, handing each to me, then helping me stack the smaller boxes on top of the medium pizza box to carry inside my home, he was very nice, professional and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was one of the best delivery experiences from Pizza Hut that we’ve had in years, and the food was delicious. Very good job Pizza Hut, we will be ordering more in the future and tipping our delivery drivers well, thank you for stepping up your service!!

The Pizza Hut on Lewis Street if the best Pizza Hut I ever had at the managers over there work as a team I’ll give them a five star I eat at the one in Abbeville I give that stole a one Star does service over there horrible the Peace of a bite and a manager still give it to us ask the manager was up with the he said we didn’t like the service we could leave

Ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm, 8:45 tracking said it was on the way, called at 9:15 to check order after a 10 minute hold I got “we have one driver, your pizza is on the way” then hung up on. Didn’t ask my name or anything. At 9:45 I call again and get the rudest response “I told you is was on the way”. Needless to say my pizza never showed up. At after I was hung up on a second time I ordered Pappa John’s and 25 minutes late I was eating hot pizza. Then when my card was charged for a pizza I never received I stopped by the store on my way home and was told by the rudest manager I ever met that she couldn’t give me a refund I would have to come back at 9:00 the next morning. Then was told I would have to leave the store she couldn’t help me. I eventually talked to the head store manager and was given a refund and apologized to for his rude Manager’s behavior. Never will I ever order a pizza from not only this store but any other pizza hut ever again.

I went to the Lewis St. Pizza Hut today and ordered a large one topping Italian Sausage Pizza . The price for one topping is $ 9.99. So I paid an extra $3.00 for more topping . Well , unfortunately once I returned home and opened the box , extra topping wasn’t visible . Then to top that off I had a whole slice and a half without any toppings . I am very disappointed with Pizza Hut . Also the dough on the thin crust tasted old . When a person choose to spend their money at at a business , they expect to get good satisfaction . Today I am totally dissatisfied .
