Stay away from Pizza Hut on Crestwell Ln., Not worth the trouble. Phoned in an order..repeated the order 3 times and the girl even read it back to me. Got there to pick it up…order was completely wrong. Had to wait an additional 45 min. for them to cook the correct pizzas. Does anyone wanna guess how the rest of the order was while sitting in a warmer for over an hour…Pathetic!!!!

Waiting 30 min for 8 chicken wings, gotta wait 5 more because they “had a mix up with my order” and they are just now making them. It was also very dirty in some places. Never waiting here again for only 8 damn chicken wings that weren’t even worth waiting for.

We come here often. This go round was just not it. They have garlic bread on the menu but don’t have it in store. Instead of calling us and asking if we’d like to substitute it with something else, they just take it off our order. The pizza was stuffed crust but flat and greasy. The cheesy breadsticks were burnt. We ordered 16 piece boneless wings, and when i tell you at least 10 of them were the size of a nickel, I’m not even joking. I wish i was. None of our sides or sauces were put together. We had to wait on it, and the cook back there was way too cocky. We’ll try again in the future, and hopefully it’s better than this visit.

I understand that the day after Christmas and people do not feel like coming to work but do not take it out on the food we order. My pizzas was so over heated by the time I got it was unpalatable. There was no one in the lobby and the pizza was thrown together.

We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paid for the extra toppings and didn’t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating and bring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn’t just stop feeding our kids to return a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a store credit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding of what customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. Pizza Hut is officially off of our weekend treat restaurants. BTY we also ordered a large super supreme pizza.

Absolutely beyond terrible service! There is this one worker that needs to be fired…he was rude and never wanted to serve the dine in customers…and the pizza was not cooked and he just threw it on our table. If I could give this place a -5 I would.

I placed my order through the app then went back and added to that order. When I arrived the young lady greeted me and asked the name for the order. The young man taking the pizzas from the oven kindly interrupted and told her that he had noticed there was a second order that he was boxing before I could mention it. I was very pleased with their professionalism for such young people. They appeared to be enjoying their jobs.
