Ordered online and when the pizza showed up, it was the wrong pizza. We tried calling the store and the lady got extremely rude and told my wife that the order was correct and they are short handed. She then hung up on my wife. After that, all we could get was the call center, which can only take orders. Domino’s came and saved our pizza night. Google should give an option for 0 stars because this doesn’t deserve 1

Terrible. Ordered a pizza and it never showed up. Tried to call the shop and no one answered their phone. Complained to corporate–they said someone from the store would reach out within 72 hours. No one reached out. Had to do a charge back on my credit card.

On several occasions that I have ordered pizza from this location and almost 100% of the time there is less toppings on there than even a regular large pizza. The staff is always having some type of argument or meltdown.

Ordered a pepperoni pan pizza to be delivered to the local hospital in Gonzalez for my daughter. Seems simple, right? 30 minutes late, the pizza was cold and prepared incorrectly. No one would answer the phone locally, they would only answer at a call center out of the US which caused most of the confusion. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut. That was $30 thrown to the wind. I should have ordered through Door Dash to begin with and paid the $36 for 1 large pizza, even though it was extreme, my daughter had nothing to eat for over 24 hrs while her husband waited for surgery.. DONE with Pizza Hut.

The pizza was great and the employees were polite. When I ordered on the phone the man that took my order was pleasant and helpful, he also applied a coupon to order. Then when I picked up my pizza, without me even asking, he opened each box to make sure I was happy with the pizzas. The service was great and food was delicious!
