I ordered the New Yorker! Got it in a larger box but pizza is same size as a regular pizza. It’s not as advertised. Lacked ingredients and the size was way off. Don’t waste your time. Not even close to a NY slice. Maybe there was an error and this isn’t norm but I definitely paid extra to get a regular pizza.

I requested that my pizza be cut into squares bc of smaller kids however upon picking up the order I opened the box to see if my request was honored and was told that they don’t cut into squares… but why not? If I had placed an order for a Big Box would the pizza be slices instead? Nonetheless my order included 8 large pizzas but only received 6 in turn I immediately requested a refund at the counter and was met with criticism about my online request! This location is known for making mistakes and not being accountable. On the app or online it won’t allow you to place an order without a phone number so why is the communication between the customer and the restaurant not being used?

The worst place to go.i placed a order at this location the workers were making pizza’s with no gloves on .. they were just digging their hands in the toppings and touching everything around them.. just nasty I questioned why they don’t where gloves the manager stated that they policy is they don’t have to wear gloves

I ordered 2 medium pizzas online and paid for them online my wait time said 15 mins i was on my way to pick up my pizzas only to get a call and they say we out of all medium crust pizza so we have to cancel your order didn’t try to replace it with a large are any think that was so unprofessional then i have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back

I just ordered a $10 3 topping LARGE Tastemaker pizza with sausage, bacon and pepperoni. I literally only have 8 pepperoni’s probably 5 crumbs of Bacon and boat load of sausage. Where’s the rest of the pepperonis and Bacon? If this was the case I would’ve just ordered a sausage pizza. Very upset because I love this location and for them to upset me on that hungry stomach is really disappointing. I WANT A REFUND. I didn’t order a sausage pizza

I placed my order standing inside the place and asked the person did she get my order and she stated that she did. Called inside because I been waiting outside over 30 minutes. I have watched her came outside and talked on her phone. So when I called inside she tells orders are ready in 14minutes. Not so because I been outside over 30 minutes. She screams and gets nasty. Insanity. We don’t do this in Ga.
