First off, the service was fast and ok..but what is this? How I get one wing order with ok quality such as size and the other order basically scraps. Secondly all of my pizza was cold and tasted old. Will never purchase from this location ever again.

Tremeka literally hollered at me and began cursing and slamming lids onto the dipping station because “I used a restroom that was ’employees only’, and I need to make a mental note for the future that I am NOT allowed in there, and that I should have known it was for employees only and should not have assumed I could just go in there.” The restroom is immediately to the left when you enter the store and it is in the common lobby area, not behind the counter. AND there was ZERO signage indicating it was employees only. It has a malefemale sign and nothing more. I apologized three times while she continued berating me, and when she said I should have KNOWN I couldn’t go in there, I told her the only way I would know that was if there was a Sign. She then began hollering to the male employee telling him he needed to get a sign made asap “because this woman done went in our bathroom knowing she shouldn’t…” Her behavior was quite shocking and brought tears to my eyes at how angry she became over something so insignificant. And she was wrong – if employees only – it needs to SAY that. Period. If I were a manager of this establishment, she would at the very least receive a warning or better yet be terminated immediately. I will never return to or order from this location again. Pizza Hut in general has now left a bad taste in my mouth.

We ordered (2) large pizzas from Pizza Hut on Oneal lane when the driver showed up he was carrying the pizzas like they were a footballs one made it the other one well I would post a picture on it it won’t allow it but that pizza in question Was folded upon its self. I called and they will send the same guy out so he can do something to our food SMGDH.

Spicy Garlic wings and bread sticks. I had seen some one bragging about the spicy garlic sauce on Tik Tok and I had to try it. She was right and these are now my favorite wings. I did not even need the marinara for my bread sticks, I just sopped up the amazing spicy garlic sauce with the bread sticks.

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut for years. I’ve recommended them for parties back before they nose dived. Within the past few months, the (expected/average) quality of this Pizza Hut compared to another branch or location has gone from a 5 star to a 1. I’m not a picky guy when it comes to pizza/delivery, never left a review for anything and I’ve had some bad experiences at many higher end places. The difference is this has continued & worsening over time. Excluding quality, If good customer service is important to you, avoid them. I gave them a final attempt last night. This was my double cheese half pepperoni pizza. Notice there’s no cheese… it looks like it was thrown against a wall, it’s burnt. I paid extra for all that “extra” cheese you see. Pizza hut, idk what you’ve done to this location – but something’s got to change if you want this location to stay in business. Jenay [idk the spelling] is the only one there who’s been good with customer service. I’ll correct this if I ever order again in the far future and they’ve improved. They used to have better food than a local [$$] dine in pizza restaurant.

Ordered online, gave them 25 min, they told me 15. I choose to have it brought out and put in passenger side. I let them know I was outside and the make and color of my car…Never came, and no customers or cars by door or in restaurant. They acted like I asked for a sushi roll!!! My bill was $10.34..I gave the guy a $20 bill and 34 cents. He looked at the bill, then looked at the change is his other hand, I know he was thinking, your bill is ,$10.34 why did you give me $20.34??? Finally after 5 minutes I said I JUST NEED A TEN DOLLAR BILL..he responded OH I KNOW but he kept looking at the money. If he was thinking about a tip he was sadly mistaken. I planned to give him a $3 for bringing it out, but I had to go in AND THE PIZZA was ice cold. I had to heat it up, it was soggy! Always a fail here

staff was overwhelmed with orders, seems on line service let them down. Order was hot and fresh but for a 10-20 minutes estimated time I was there for 45 minutes after the estimated time. Seems Pizza Hut has missed the mark with this order. The staff was courteous and apologetic but couldn’t do what seemed to be the impossible last night. All in all I will be back

No complaints here; it’s just a reliable location that’s become my regular go-to when I want a decent pizza. The employees are good about getting orders ready in time for pick-up, and it usually takes less than a minute for me to be in and out the door with my orders. If there’s ever an issue such as a certain item being out of stock, the employees will call you within a few minutes of ordering online to let you know.
