Worst service ever never want to visit here again! The guy calls my phone cursed me out and told me to hurry up, and hung up. He called again and cursed me out and told me to get to the store or else. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional!

My order was completed in a very timely manner and was all correct. The staff was very courteous and pleasant when I picked up my order. This was all welcomed, as I had to drive across town since none of the Pizza Huts on my side of town were open yesterday. This store had their act together and did a perfect job.

This was the worst experience ever. On 02/06/21, I was informed online that my order would be ready at 11:35am Central time. I then received a call from the Sherwood Forest location in Baton Rouge, informing me that they were out of some of the ingredients to complete my order. We then made substitutions, and she confirmed that my order would be ready at 11:35am. I got there on time to find the door locked. I had requested curbside pick up, so I waited for my order by going on line to let them know I was in the parking lot. I kept calling the store, but no one answered. Because I had already paid for the 8 pizzas, I continued to wait. I was finally let into the store an hour later to get my order, which still wasn’t ready. This was the work form of customer service that I have ever experienced. I will never visit Pizza Hut again. You have lost a valuable customer.

Even though they were pretty busy my order was done in a very very quick amount of time. Then my order was completely right very fresh then I had to add another Alfredo to my order and that took less than 10 minutes for that to come out as well so I give it to A+ to this team that was there last night.

Have good customer service. Provide the pizza ordered and paid for, instead of one with only 3 toppings. (edit – this was in response to what could they do better – they did NOT have good customer service. Paid extra for more toppings – only got 3 toppings – could have had that for $10 instead of $13.99. No response from restaurant, although corporate said I would hear from them.)
