Mansfield,La.I only gave it one star because there’s not a option for less.Ordered my stuff on the app an it was 25 minutes late.The lady working the front was super nice but when I got my order of cheese sticks an the pepperoni melt I been dieing to try an I got on the road I opened them up to look at them an it’s almost inedible.The cheese on the cheese sticks wasn’t even melted an it was almost like powder and the pepperoni melt had cold pepperoni an cheese in it but the outside was like cardboard.I will drive all the way to Stonewall the next time.

Pizza was perfect. Cheese sticks were toasty. Wish they didn’t charge extra for sauce, but it is what it is. Customer service was top notch. I’m happy with my order and the place was clean. Even the front door and bathroom. Keep up the good work. We will defiantly be ordering from here again. Cause no one out pizza’s the Hut!

I’ve never seen this place so bad. The cashier couldn’t get names or number right. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn’t ready, and she actually had given it to someone else while I was waiting. It took forever and a day for me to get a refund. Total time there was 30 minutes and I promise I am not using this pizza hut again.

If I could rate less than 1 I would placed a delivery order for my family while we are in a hotel said delivery in 25-35 minutes after 90 minutes tried to call was on hold 30 minutes finally drove to the store there were 10.people waiting and our order hadn’t even been started. They refunded $ no apology no call no pizzas in the oven and no hope of orders from 2 hrs ago to be filled and no call to tell us there was an issue.

I gave one because I ordered my food online at 7 pm and I didn’t get my order until almost 8:30. Then I didn’t get the extra cheese I paid for and my pizza was dry.I use to work at pizza hut and I know when a pizza isn’t right and that one wasn’t right.
