Would be nice if they employed their own delivery drivers. Instead they use DoorDash, a company that always screws up the delivery. Never received my order but surprise it’s been delivered. Pay for your own people to deliver will you Pizza Hut?

We ordered from our local Pizza Hut last night. My purchase was $41.00 even, including the tip. When I checked my account this morning, I had been charged $49.20. TO say I am frustrated and will not be returning is an understatement. We’ve used Pizza Hut for decades and never had a problem. Highly disappointed.

Maybe I should’ve read reviews first. I’m still shocked at how bad service is. My 2nd time ordering delivery. First time I could never speak to anyone one, kept getting disconnected. Waited over an hour and finally cancelled order. Today, June 22, 2023 was able to speak with someone, but delivery is an hour + past quoted time. How is this company still in business! I have to make note to never attempt to order here again. I hate that I couldn’t give less than 1-star!

I placed an order at 2:08 pm for cheese sticks. I received an email that my order would be ready at 2:25 pm. I arrive at the location by 2:31 pm. There is no car in line as I pull up to the drive-thru window. Patiently, I wait and wait for 10 mins or so. At this point, I began looking into the window to see if anybody is working. I don’t see anyone so I decided to park and go inside. Of course, the doors are locked, and I see 2 people inside the restaurant. They acknowledge me pulling on the doors to try to get in but they continue with their duties. I get back into my car, drive to the window again and sit there another 15mins. I call the store and each call is routed to the call center. I call the store number (again, routed to the call center) and request to cancel my order. The call center reps disconnected me every other time I called or transferred me directly to the store which I was still disconnected. I decided to go back to the store and the delivery driver told me “go to the window, the manager is in there.” I pull up to the window, sat there another 5 mins, then blow my horn before the lady comes to the window. I explain my situation to her and told her I just want a refund now, she nonchalantly tells me I’ll have to wait 24-72 hours to receive a refund. She never apologized, never offered any other solution, or acted concerned in any way. I will drive 15-30 mins to any other pizza hut in Shreveport-Bossier before I go to this one.

Had lunch here with the family. Have not had the Hut in at least 15 years. Was pleasantly surprised. We got a large hand tossed pepperoni and bread sticks. Both were tasty. Also they have beer at this location.

We were getting our vehicle worked on next door and decided to order carry out. They opened at 10:30 and our order was placed at 10:40. We walked over there at 10:48 and both doors were locked. A worker came to the door and told us they had a big order and that we would have to go through the drive thru. We told him we walked over and he let us in. A woman came over and was extremely rude and said if we weren’t with the big hospital order then we would have to go through the drive thru. We tried to inform her that we walked over and she kept interrupting us to tell us to go thru the drive thru. I asked her if we could just cancel our order and she said to do it through the app. I needed up having to call the number on my receipt (which was a call center) to cancel my order.

11:52 Am on Sunday 6 Aug. just watched a family of 4 be greeted by a locked door. A few minutes later one employee could be seen walking around store on phone. I called the call center who told me that location (Bert loins across from Walmart) number was disconnected. Cashier at Taco Bell ( where I was ) said they never unlocked the door, and that they (tb) reported them, but door stays locked all day every day.

Worst Pizza Hut experience. Pl do not order. Quality is not good and they deliver with missed toppings and items. Store manager very rude and kept on disconnecting call and was blaming the customer for his mistakes. He missed so many items on the order and was disconnecting the calls instead of addressing the issue. I was trying to reach 2 hrs for this man and always he was hanging up in between the conversations. I had to again go through the drill of calling customer care and then connecting to him. If he does know how to handle the issues with orders and be polite with his customers, he should be fired from job. Otherwise, they will loose customers. I am never going to order from this place in future. Worst taste and worst look of my pizza with all the missed toppings. They charged completely but missed most of the toppings, even those that come naturally with pizza. Save urself and do not order. I will give negative star for this place.

I ordered 2 items, breadsticks and wings that were suppose to be ready by 9. Got there at 9:05 my wings weren’t ready. So I wait and normally I can be pretty patient. 9:20 rolls around so I pull back around and I wait for 5-10 minutes before somebody acknowledges im there. Once someone finally speaks with me they tell me my wings were burnt and they have to cook them again. This is at 9:30 when i’ve already waited 20+ minutes. Do better, because this experience was ridiculous.
