Took a hour and a half to get my order and was told 30 to 40 minutes. Pizza was warm at best. 2 of the pizzas were suck to the box and cut in all kinds of ways. Left instructions to call and do not knock. They couldn’t even get that right. I will never order from there again.

Waited in drive-thru line about 30 minutes to get pizza (dining room was locked due to COVID—must be the last restaurant in Shreveport where that’s the case). Pizza was obviously not hot and fresh and also was not made to specifications of online order. Will never come back to this location.

Ordered delivery. It finally got to me after an hour. When she brought it up, the box was half way dented in. There was some buffalo sauce in a cup on top that i did not order. Halfway spilled on the box. The pizza sauce was sloshed everywhere. I sent it back. Went to the actual location, the manager dis remake and gave me a new order. Sad about this awful experience.

Had to wait way longer than we should have in the drive thru. The people blocking the window in front of us must have order and waited for their pizza to be cooked, while mine was ready and getting soggy. Thin & Crispy pizza was not crispy. Probably won’t be back this one.

Absolutely trash place. Ordered a pizza at 6:50 12/31/18 Online. It told me it would be ready at 7:15. We get there at 7:20 and they tell me it’ll be 5 minutes. I go inside 10 minutes later to find 10-12 people all waiting on food. I FINALLY left at 8:30 without my order that I paid for online already! I have to go back the next day just to talk with someone about getting a refund and some sort of compensation for waiting so long. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. If you’re going to allow online ordering, it has to be smart enough to know when too much food has been ordered. Terrible customer service. Never ordering from this location again.

We ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. Two were fine, but mine was really thin and small. The manager gave me some sort of reason that had to do with the dough proofing, but still mine was messed up and he didn’t offer to fix it. And it’s not my fault that he didn’t proof the dough right. And it took so long to get the pizza in the first place, I was afraid to ask for another. It took FOREVER to get the pizzas, plus, 2 of the pizzas came out way before the 3rd one. The cashier/server had an IDGAF attitude throughout our entire experience. It totally sucked. We were there at noon on a Friday, it was empty, and most of the chairs were on the tables, and the TVs weren’t on. It was just a very uninviting atmosphere.

I love this Pizza Hut! They always keep the inside clean and my deep dish pizza never seems too greasy. I hate that about some of the other locations. When you order pan they make it too greasy but not this location. The staff is always courteous and willing to assist. I like that …. Great job guys!

First off dont give people an option to go inside to pick up food when the inside is closed. Secondly you should not have to wait in line for 40 mins and never get to the window to pay because the workers dont know what they are doing. I drove off after 40 mins of waiting. Never got my pizza. Will never order from here again. This is a disgrace.

At at approximately 5:27pm we ordered a Thin-n-crispy pizza. At 6:00 we were notified that the deliver was on the way and should arrive arount 6:06,pm. At 6:32 we recieved a call from the driver stating that she was out front. When I questioned her as we did not see her on our exterior cameras, she stated that she didnt know which door to go to…we only have one front door. As she approached our door she was swing the carrier around like a sack of potatoes. When she took the box out of the carrier. She turned the box on end. When I opened the box the pizza was wadded up on one side, was not warm and very soggy. I’m very dissatisfied and will think long an hard before I order from this location again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went in to pick up my pizza and pasta and was approached by a very rude and unprofessional man named “Ryan” that argued with me over my order and pretty much told me that I didn’t order from this location when I specifically ordered online so after arguing for 5 minutes I walked out and sent my fiancé inside to clear the air and when she walked in a nice black man had informed her that the “Ryan” guy was not even a cashier but a driver and gave her the order. He was also arguing with an older couple as she walked in. Moral of my story is that Pizza Hut will never have my service again.
