I ordered 3 thin and crispy pizza’s, Double order bread sticks , chicken pasta, cinna buns went to pick it up they only gave me 1 pizza and the rest of my order them told me I did t order the others but I have the receipt had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the other 2 pizza’s guy said he had to call his manager before he could give them to me 45 minutes later I’m thinking he forgot about me I don’t think I will be ordering from this store again my foods cold I’m still waiting on them this minute very I’m happy with my services. Tried to eat pizza for lunch only to find a fingernail of what I would assume to be an employee of Pizza Hut as the nail was baked in the pizza. I would really only give them 0 stars but have to at least give 1 to post. Most disgusting thing I have ever had in food.

Haven’t had PH in awhile, bad experience kept me away. Bad experiences at other chains has led me back to give them a chance again. Although ordering was much difficult and communication created difficulty as if millinal had a hard time communicating with me and even said she couldn’t make out what saying because my enunciation was not correct, was exactly what i wanted to hear, right? Clearly an issue with the system, not me, should have maybe said that. I threatened to call a competitor because every single thing i was ordering proposed a distinct challenge. I literally had to yell. But she was still sweet with a tinge of yankee, nasaly accent, possibly Bostonian? Determined to keep me as a customer, i could appreciate, because it worked. I will say , she did a great job. As far as correctly communicating the words used was not cumbersome by no means, in fact i have a background in radio/TV with many commercials/Live broadcasts/emergency announcements etc etc. I do know how to speak, ruff ruff. (sic)[Scottish version implied]

Directed me to download an app to place an order to get a military/deal because in person couldnt give me any decent deal. And waited in parking lot where I watched/listened to a manager scold/reprimand another manager on her performance. While other employees and customers witnessed. Very unprofessional!

Placed online order. @ 6:15 received txt saying order was out for delivery. I received order at 6:52! Looks good but Over 30 min in transit and yep the pizza was barely warm! Pizza tasted like the pizza box it was sitting in for nearly a hour! Normally one of our cats, Logan, always goes for the pizza. Not this time. He wanted nothing to do with it.
