I ordered a pizza and breadsticks from there last night. Erin and Kryslyn were so sweet and extremely helpful. I was impressed at how quick they got me taken care of and for the 1st time in a while my pizza was actually exactly how I ordered it (so thank you to the cook). I can’t speak how it runs all the time but last night was by far the best experience I’ve had there. Thanks to the 2 wonderful ladies up front!

Its hit or miss. Usually Pizza is great, but you might hit a night where someone who is making the pizza’s is the one person that should not be and makes a horrible pizza with more crust then pizza, hardly any toppings, grease dripping off of pizza

When calling a customer to be more professional. I had got a phone call that the traditional wings were out of stock. I was told there was boneless. I said it was fine and when I asked if they would be the same flavor the person already hung up. When I got my order there was no wings at all..so I was very confused.

The buffet is gone and the dining area is half filled with pre-assembled carry out boxes. Tables for dining in were dirty. I love PH pizza more than others but evidently they are concentrating on carryout so I guess the app is the way to go now. Order and pick up.

The taste is great. Pricing could be better. I wanted to try the new spicy pepperoni, but I wouldn’t pay that high for 1 meat and forced to get a large. The spicy marinara should be an option when ordering on all pizzas. And above all, the crust flavors need to return ASAP. There is so much waste with unflavored crust. The upcharge for PAN is ridiculous. This is the crust Pizza Hut was built on.
