I’d give zero stars if possible. Called in an order after being on hold for 5 minutes listening to their repeated advertisements. The young lady never said they were short staffed with only two drivers. So after an hour, I called back to find out where my pizza order was at. This time a young man answered to tell me the driver said she was pulling up 5 minutes ago to my house. I said, “Well she didn’t come here”. Only then to be told, my pizza order was sill at the store. Then he said, “I can give you a discount”. I asked him, “About much longer then, he says, “About another 30 minutes”. A discount on a pizza that is an hour and a half late, and cold. I think not. Poor customer service, and a slap (discount) to the face. I’ll order from Dominios next time. Better service and better looking pizzas.

Earned enough rewards to get a free pizza…. this was the free pizza. This was the reward for being a loyal customer. When I called corporate to address the issue they couldn’t have cared less. Will NEVER use this Pizza Hut again. Very Undercooked, enough grease to fill up a 5 gallon bucket, and as you can tell they placed the toppings very gracefully. I wouldn’t doubt if this thing hit the floor a few times before making it to the box.

The new melt is pricey. Could have got New Yorker for price of two melts. Melt had loads of cheese but was very dry. Little amount of pepperoni

The girl said they no longer had $5 line up. Wasn’t true cause the next week I ate pizza hutt n ordered $5 line up. It might have been $6 line up. Which ever was better than $10 or $11 pizzas

The pizza is delicious and the staff is very helpful and friendly,but i have one major criticism, and that is they now charge you a dollar and a dime for each sample packet of grated cheese and crush pepper!This is a rip- off.It used to be and should still be free because it comes with your order. This is so unfair and their customers should complain all the way to the corporate office!I certainly plan to do just that!
