Was here in Warren arkansas visiting family and have never had pizza hut while out of town. Pizza was perfect and was cooked like it should be. Most Dallas area franchise always seem thrown together and fired fast and usually alot more burnt without actual burning of the crust. Wish they were more like this location. Loved it!

I completed an online order and had it picked up. When I checked the order instead of two 8 piece boneless wings and one lemon pepper fry, I had 2.5 8 piece boneless wings. Problem not only were my fries missing but the mysterious wings only had 5 in the container. Which leads me to believe it was one of the associates food placed in the warmer with customers food!

This was the first time I’ve ordered since the new manager. I am disappointed. My delivery was over an hour later than they told me it would be. The food is ok, but nothing to write home about. Pizzas were under cooked and no lovely butter; no sauce included for the chicken wings or the breadsticks. Forty dollars was a lot for what I ordered. Next time I will just go buy some at the grocery and doctor them up myself.

I ALWAYS order a large Italian sausage and chicken hand tossed pizza. Generally it’s good, but lately that hasn’t been the case. On this particular pizza, the rude girl with glasses forgot to put garlic butter on my crust. The pictures show no butter. The app said my order would be ready in 14 minutes, but when I got there in 15 minutes it wasn’t ready. This was during lunch. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Other than that I would have given 4 stars.

I didn’t receive part of my order and was only offered a credit on my “next order” instead of a full refund for the missing item. The staff was rude and I won’t be a returning customer. I regret that I left a tip.
