We walked in and seated ourselves as the sign said. The employees looked at us several times but we were never greeted or served. I finally went to the counter to order food and it took 2-3 people to place the order. We waited about thirty minutes for our order and I went to the counter to inquire how much longer. It was ready and packed up to go. I told them again that we were eating in and asked for plates and silverware. We didn’t get napkins and I had to grab paper towels from the nasty restrooms. We were never checked on or anything. The drive through and delivery service were getting served the whole time we were there, but I don’t know that I’d want to eat here again after seeing the restrooms!

Pizza hut in general is doing away with dining rooms. The pizza hut at Prescott and Arkadelphia has closed their dining room. There is no place in either town to sit down and eat pizza. Travelers and people who live out of town are out of luck.i live 20 or 30 miles away from either location. Pizza would be cold by the time I got home. A sit down pizza place would be nice

These pizza’s are nothing like when I was younger, used to be a TREAT going to a Pizza Hut! Not the employees fault but it’s just another expensive fast food place with average quality food. Medium pie was almost $20.

Prescott Pizza Hut is the best always fresh and hot. I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut in Hope, AR couple of years ago swore I would never spend a dime with Pizza Hut again. A friend of mine recently had a bad pizza from Hope and they would not make it right she posted about it and Prescott made it right is the only reason I ordered again. I was a loyal customer of Hope pizza hut for years every Friday, when I called they knew what I was ordering.
