I usually have zero issues with this location. If you order delivery, it’s fast and hot. The last 2 times I have ordered stuff for pick up at drive up window there has been mix ups. Missing part of order once and the other time missing silverware to eat pasta. Other than those things it is usually a good stop as far as Pizza Hut goes.

Pizza Hut has it’s up and downs. Debbie is amazing person, she can make a pizza and you enjoy eating it. Now when it comes to the delivery system Pizza Hut always delivers or did he is disabled and he is 3.5 miles they cut off at 3mile I think they need to work on that part of there service! He loves pizza and your company is losing around $200 a month just from him.

Not the worst pizza in town, but every time I order something, my order gets messed up. For instance, every time that I order a personal pan with a soda, which I am picking up for someone else not for myself, they always forget to put the soda in the bag and I never remember to ask for it so I always have to go back. And about 50% of the time they mess up on my pizza too.but if you’re looking for a cheap pizza that’s not too terrible this is the place

Came to town to shop and have pizza. When we entered Pizza Hut we were told they were short staffed and weren’t serving walk in guests. So glad there are now other pizza options in Mena.
