The pan crust here is SO much better than the Military Rd location by my house. The crust was big and fluffy! Even had the delicious crispies around the edge of the crust. Well worth the extra drive. (Military Rd pan is not good but they’re nice)

Consistently good pizza for a quick take home meal. The Salem location has no dining room. I always pick up my order but I think delivery is an option too. They always get the order right and have it ready to pick up at the time they say it’ll be ready. I’m a huge fan if the slightly burnt crust of a brick oven pizza. Pizza Hut’s thin crust pizza doesn’t exactly measure up to this standard but it might very well be the best crust for the pizza on the go type restaurants. Always a generous amount of toppings and never over sauced to make it sloppy or soggy.

The service at the drive through was good and fast we ordered wings and chicken Alfredo breadsticks I received two pizza boxes and asked is everything in these. The girl looked at the ticket and said yes and handed them to me I sat them in the car and headed home when I opened them there were no wings and two sets of breadsticks. So I called and told the girl who answered my wings were missing and I paid online for them, she talked to the manager and said yes we have your wings I headed back when I got to the drive through there was a van at the window she was sitting there waiting for a long time so I went inside no one came to the counter. Their pest guy was standing in the walkway and said someone needs to help this lady she’s looking at me. Finally someone came from the kitchen as I could here them talking and joking around. She said sorry about that and I said is there any compensation for this as I drove all the way back from home. She said she would give me a credit on my account.

We ordered for delivery. The total for 1 pizza, wings, and delivery charges/taxes were $50. We expected a better quality and taste for the cost. We prefer to drive to pick up 2 gourmet pizzas for less the price and far better quality next time. Very disappointing
