Spent almost 50 bucks here and I gotta say I’m disappointed. The bread was uncut, pizza was undercooked..but good after we threw it in our oven for a little longer. The marinara sauce on the side was also good….after my boyfriend seasoned it with garlic powder and salt. Gotta say lads…..I would never recommend. The delivery driver was kind and prompt though! Can’t fault him

The pizza was hot and tasted good once I correct the order myself. I asked for light sauce and got heavy sauce and the pizza wasn’t cut into slices. I don’t have a pizza cutter. For the price I paid for just the pizza alone of 20 something $’s, I would have expected a better pizza… It did arrive quickly and was somewhat hot and tasted good but it wasn’t made to my request. Will order from them again (I will just make sure to call in the order instead of place order on line)..

This was by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever got food from between the food, and the service. Rude female manager tonight (wasn’t the main manager.) I told her my wings had like no sauce on them. She didn’t offer to make it right. I asked who the main manager was, and that’s I’d be reaching out to corporate nicely but she just clicked the phone on me. Not to mention at the end of my order I asked for the driver to bring parmesan packets during my order call ,and the lady just said okay. Not even telling me that I had to pay for it which I would have but got my food at the door was told I had to pay for it. Would’ve been great to you know maybe mention that on the phone so I could’ve ordered it. I’m disappointed because I hardly order my family anything, and this was a pregnancy treat to me. I did contact corporate by message but not sure it will do any good as seeing their other reviews on google same as mine!

Wings had barely any sauce on them to the point on one side was completely bare of sauce even after I shook it in the container. Store made me pay for extra sauce instead of putting enough to cover the wings even remotely all the way. Other locations never has been a problem wings come with a puddle of sauce left over they are so generous with their sauce. This location was not. Will not come back. Don’t order their wings if you like to not just eat chicken nuggets with not even enough sauce to cover the wings.

$37.00 large pizza includes delivery fee, taxes, and tip. It did not taste like a $37.00 pizza. No napkins, packets of cheese itor crushed red pepper and delivery driver got lost. It was supposed to be contactless delivery, but the driver waited at the door and handed it to me. Maybe the driver didn’t get the instructions from Pizza Hut? I can see why Pizza Hut is struggling in our city and most have gone out of business in Phoenix, Arizona. Customer service and satisfaction is still important. This was my final order.

I keep seeing that many towns are getting their Pizza Huts redesigned to look and feel like the 80s experience, and yet there’s no dining area at all anymore at either of Conway’s locations. We walked in to see a couple small tables, but basically you get your boxed pizza and have to eat it off napkins. No plates, silverware, fountain drinks, anything. It occupies the same space as before, but apparently the former dining room is one big storage closet now. Pizza Hut was great hot out of the pan, lukewarm out of a box, not so much.
