We were coming through Batesville late on a Sunday night on our way to southern Texas. Eating late on a Sunday night does not leave you with many options. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The food was deliciously fresh! The service was fantastic. The establishment was super clean. The food also came out super quick.

Would give a 0 if i could 🙂 GAVE US THE WRONG ORDER. Wouldn’t give a refund gave “store credit” (I’m not ever going back so) Not to mention the lazy worker. At the window who was on her phone and kept peeking through looking at us which was very irritating & annoying she was acting like a child looking into a candy store so tbh it was very disrespectful. Would not let us talk to the manager instead they went and “talked” to them. Horrible service all the way around.

Very nice waiter named John greeted us the moment we walked in and we were seated immediately. He was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Very attentive service. Personal pan pizzas delicious! The menus are new and clean. All employees are smiling and friendly. Excellent service. Would give the 5 stars but the ceiling is filthy, especially by the air vents. Building needs maintenance, especially cleaning the air ducts and ceiling around them in the dining area. Yuck.

Took forever to be waited on. Even after the dude who dresses the pizzas hollered that there was someone at the counter. We could tell he was annoyed that we had to wait so long. The chic that took our order needs classes in customer service. Got the hand tossed and it was more limp than a soggy spaghetti noodle.

This is one of the better Pizza Huts I’ve had. The cheese sticks weren’t burnt and were delicious. The Supreme pizza had a ton of toppings. I know for a Supreme that doesn’t sound like much but this is one of the first that actually had the right amount of toppings for a Supreme. The food was hot and fresh. Will definitely go back.

I hate that our pizza hut in town is a joke. Hungry during work and ordered a pizza and breadsticks. These are my breadsticks. Just plain bread. This is ridiculous. Tried calling and it rang at first then it seemed like they put the phone off the hook or something. Finally got someone to answer and they offered to remake it or credit our account. As far as the account I probably won’t be reordering so no point in that. It was a waste of time and money.
