There was a mix up on my order this evening and had to drive back to the store. Mistakes happen, no worries but when you don’t acknowledge your customer, apologize, or/and act as if you are too good to hear that you messed. The male manager in this evening was a complete slob and rude as hell. Instead of asking me he asked a crew member in front of me “what’s the deal?” And then walked off Wow…Do better. The owner would not be pleased at all
