Took over an hour to receive my order. Then, when it arrived they completely forgot my drink AND the food was cold. After calling, they said that they no longer served the drink I ordered but never called me to offer a replacement. They did, however, have someone bring me a replacement after almost 15 minutes on the phone where I was put on hold numerous times. Completely disgusted considering my order was over $50.

The customer service from the manager was spectacular! I did have to wait well over an hour for my order, I called the store and got the manager instantly. He was so very nice and apologetic, he explained the situation they had which I completely understood. He then did everything he could to make up for it. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

I love this place. These groups of people were awesome! They have a very good manager who cares, and this wonderful lady( you know who you are, sorry , forgot to ask your name ). They even remember a very little sauce my wife requested. They made my son feel very special by writing him happy birthday on the pizza box. Guys, this is the quality service we have been looking for. Great team, hook us with great pizzas. Definitely want this team to work together and keep up the good work.

I had my order delivered to my house, I didn’t notice until I had gotten it inside that they had forgotten my cheese sticks. I tried to call the store for 2 hours at various times. No one ever answered the phone, even once. I got through to a pizza hut call center. The women listened to my whole story, pulled up the order and did nothing. Just sent my call to the store, which they did not answer. So I never got my food or my refund.

Online ordering is messy. I ordered 2 large pizzas with full order of bread sticks and full order of cinnamon sticks one pizza was specialty pep. And the other was one topping pep. Thin crispy crust on both. Online ordering screwed whole order up I was very unhappy with this. The driver was excellent and so where the other staff.

This establishment forgot about an item on my order and advised me that it will be delivered, shortly after I called back, the staff never showed up and when I tried calling back to at the very least be credited for what I did not receive, after multiple attempts they continued to not answer and hang up on me. Horrible staff, great food.

So I have eaten at this Pizza Hut in the past and it was good. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza last night online. The pizza I was delivered was just a plain pepperoni not what I ordered. I tried calling for 20 to 25 minutes to get somebody on the phone. Someone finally answered but then hung up. I called back again and got through. Told the guy who answered, Tony, what was wrong with my order and I would like them to bring me the correct pizza and they can take the one back that was wrong. He says we don’t have anybody to deliver pizzas right now but I can refund your card. I said fine but please do it while I’m on the phone. He said I have to go to the front and go into your order and refund the card. Well it’s the next morning and it is over twelve hours since I’ve spoken with him it’s more like 14 hours at this point and there is still no refund issued. I am highly disappointed in the customer service and the way that it was handled. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The employees here are shady and straight up two faced, I noticed how that blonde chick (who claims to be a manager) treated a Caucasian guy in the drive thru vs me (who is Mexican). literally got this crabby attitude out of nowhere.
