I would give them no stars, this place is a joke and the so called manager there is a low life. They don’t care about their customer and they don’t care about having respect. You call down there to talk to a manager and the keep you on hold forever or even hang up on you.

We ordered four items. When I opened my sandwich wrapper, it was a mess!! It looked as if the sandwich had been dropped on the floor, then thrown against wall, then wrapped up…A MESS!!! Both sandwiches were burnt. Not only burnt to where bread crunched with every bite, but burnt to the point where it was bitter. The first pizza was the new “edge” pizza with garlic seasoning. The garlic season was NOT distributed evenly to the point where one spot would have mounds of it and other spots none. The toppings were ridiculously sparse which is saying alot since it comes with three and I purchased two additional toppings (which is a constant problem here!!!). I also always pay for “extra” black olives and rarely do I receive the “extra” I pay for, rather usually only get such a small amount that I have to look hard to see if I got any at all…this time being no different!! Now, on to the second pizza which was a stuffed crust. Again ridiculously sparse toppings and again that’s with me paying for additional toppings with expectations of having SOMETHING on my pizza!! My husband described it as being cardboardy. The toppings started way further in on the pizza than normal, making it mostly crust and he said it tasted as if there was no sauce. We have had trouble with our food at this store on many occasions, and we have had some of our best pizza from this store. The inconsistency is going to cause us to stop coming here. The bad times definitely outweigh the good. We would rather get pizza from the gas station than play russian roulette with weather or not pizza hut is going to be good on a given day!!

I have been a Pizza Hut fan for over 40 yrs, but this was the absolute worst pizza you have ever served me. Yes, I ordered a thin crust but even with sauce and cheese, it was was like eating a slightly flavored saltine cracker and in places a saltine would have been thicker. I ordered it with double pork topping and almost every piece had huge bald spots and the ham single topping was almost non-existent with one to maybe 2 pieces per slice. Very disappointing.

Store says it’s open until 9pm. I show up around 8pm and doors are locked. Maybe if Pizza Hut paid their employees enough to actually care about their job they could keep the doors open and the store properly staffed, ie., not run a skeleton crew and expect a staff of two to run as if they were a staff of four.

Franchised or not I don’t know why this pizza hut never offers or redeems any sort of coupon and If it is a good deal you are looking for, keep looking. It’s almost like they know there are no other pizza places in this small town so why not take advantage.

I was in Perry, OK for the memorial service of a dear friend and was looking for a place to eat as I had arrived almost two hours early. Noticing a Pizza Hut I pulled in. No one was at the counter or even in sight when I walked in, but a few moments later a lady came out of the back. I asked for the lunch buffet knowing the “hut” usually does a good job. Not this time. The pizza was only warm due to the heat lamps being used. They were dry, slightly tough and a little tasteless. Luckily they supply marinara sauce on the side so I was able to add moisture and a wee bit more flavor to the pizza. I’m sure that Perry’s Pizza Hut serves better pizza, they have to. If not, I don’t know how they stay in business. Worth the price paid: No.

This is a great Pizza Hut. We go about 3 to 4 times a month for a pick-up order. Typically we order while on our way from shopping in Edmond. The pizza’s are always ready on time, hot and delicious.
