We decided to give these goofballs another chance tonight and sure enough, our pizza showed up with a hair in it and the top was burnt. I can’t even begin to describe how sad this place has become. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go to Hideaway. The management staff should be ashamed at the poor product they turn out. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I ordered a large thin crust super supreme, it was delivered on time to the motel, it was hot as it should be, the delivery driver was awesome, I always love the Pizza Hut thin crust pizza, and this one was awesome. Great job y’all. Excellent pie.

We received a text that our order was out for delivery and it was over an hour before it arrived. We live 7 min from the store. I called the store twice and was told the driver was new and got lost but no one every reached out to us to obtain better directions or update us of the delay. When our order finally, it was cold and incomplete. The store did offer to refund our meal, but that doesn’t change the fact that the kids were hungry and ate dinner an hour late.

Worst experience with pizza I have ever had. Pizza was soggy and warm when I got it. And it only took them and hour and a half to deliver it even though they are 3 miles from me. If you can choose a different pizza joint at least Papa Johns stands behind their product and takes care of the customer. So sorry Pizza Hut you have lost my business due to this catastrophy. Maybe hire Pizza hut drivers not Door Dash drivers.
