The employees were really nice and made sure we had everything we ordered. The super supreme pizza though was not fully cooked and didn’t really taste good. I don’t know if I would order it again. I love them but if it’s not cooked all the way then it doesn’t matter how much I like them.

I ordered at 9 pm food never showed up and no one answered the phone. I left my house at 11:30 pm to get Nasty McDonald’s wait in line for 45 minutes got back home at 12:15 mad as hell and my company said they still haven’t came. Horrible and won’t use again

Has potential to be great store but the sauce they charge for breadsticks is absurd!!! You get runny sauce and its not even filled to get your money worth!! Pizza was fresh n hot.. could of been 5* had the sauce been better flavor and/or chunkier … please do better

Poor customer service. Being a CSR I understand is very very demanding when it comes to customers. However not even smiling when someone walks in the door is just down right rude. I’m not a Karen by any means, because I have bad days too. You just gotta set that aside and put your job where it needs to be and be as friendly as you can be. The woman I spoke to was a Hispanic woman, small build, hat with her hair pulled back sitting down putting boxes together around 2251 night shift on 04/21/2023. I was overly nice and spent well over $60 for a pickup made at 2216 and still not ready when I arrived at 2251. Not a great waiting time, but I can let that slide a bit considering I know these trying times it’s hard to find people that want to work. If you don’t want to be here just don’t show up….. that’s where I’m going to leave it.

Wouldn’t have 1 star if I could speak without & Don’t get me wrong love Pizza hut & Very loyal customer but refuse to eat from place where I don’t see anyone wearing gloves people touching stuff all around store then goes & touches our food & I kid you not watched the Manger pick her nose didn’t wash hands & got back to work called to cancel or & all she had to say is its because we put everything in a 450 degree oven like women are you serious If you or family get sick after eating here there’s the Answer Shaking my head need & Disappointed how they don’t care at all about Food & health safety

Worst delivery ever. I saw the delivery driver with three boxes, I asked him about the wings that were missing for my son. He said they are in the box. By the time I took 3 steps to check I turned around and he was gone. I called Pizza Hut immediately and got a nice gentleman and told him the problem. He apologized and said I will make them now and resend my driver and kept apologizing. An hour and 30 minutes later no food. I called again and got the same nice gentleman and he said what you still didn’t get your food? I said no sir and it’s too late now my son doesn’t eat this late. He apologized profusely and offered me a credit the next time I called. I would’ve given 1 star but the gentleman that answered the phone both times was very apologetic and had excellent customer service. Get better delivery drivers…

Ordered one all meat melt online. Said order ready in 14 minutes. Got notification that order was ready. Walk in to a 10-12 minute wait before someone came to help me. Then told another 10 minutes. I asked if that was a for sure 10 minutes this time to be told “hopefully” I asked if my order had even been started and was told no. Pretty disappointing!
