No stars if I could. I ordered the Dinner box for my Family yesterday. what Happened they used to be Great after yesterday Junk. wings over cooked Pizza not hot as well as Gross. Bread sticks no good. Pizza hut you did something wrong. what happened Your food was once Great. now i would not recommend you for nothing. SMH.

First time ordering a delivery from here. Delivered over 30 minutes late, box bent, pizza cut horribly (see pic), pizza definitely not fresh tasting (bread soggy, cheese clumpy). $5 delivery fee and tip is not worth this horrible service.

I did an online order and I thought I had it for delivery. So I called them to see if it was. I was informed that it wasn’t, so I tried to correct it. The person who I was talking to ended up closing out the order instead of canceling or changing it to be delivered. So I asked to speak to the manager on duty. I told her what was going on and asked to have it delivered. Since they cashed out the order instead of canceling it. The manager refused to admit the mistake and was demanding that I pay for the delivery. I said no, it was your fault. I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistake. She then kept arguing with me and canceled the order.

Almost every single time I order here something or another goes wrong! If I order delivery it takes so long and doordash has to deliver for them and by then the pizza old. This time I picked up pizza got stuck in the oven and overall it took about 30

The pizza was very fresh and cheesy today! The manager at this location treats his staff very well and seems to be involved with them…a lot of managers seem to stand around and observe their employees but I’ve seen him back there with the pizza makers helping out and out on the floor wiping tables and emptying trash!

Ordered 2 pizzas, one Buffalo chicken and it was soo salty and horrible! I never thought I would say this about a pizza. And when I was a penny short of my total, they wouldn’t spot me a simple penny for a customer. I told them I’m not breaking a $5 bill for a penny. So they let me have it. Went home and tasted the Buffalo chicken and salty as hell. Second pizza was a hand toss and I ordered pan. Then went back to get my money back, the manager shorted me 58 cents because I wouldn’t break a $5 bill for a penny. He only refunded me $31. So is this what Pizza Hut trains their managers to do is to rip off customers like this situation so we never come back for another Pizza hut experience. So I guess that’s why I go to Little Ceasars, way better pizza!! Not salty either.
